Privacy notice
Last updated: October 2026
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you use this website, for example when you fill in the quote form or use the chat.
Who we are
This website belongs to Thomas Collins Roofing, The Bungalow, Mochras Road, Llanbedr LL45 2DJ. We are responsible for your information. You can contact us on 07771 914 441 or thomascollinsroofing@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or town, and details about the roofing work you need. If you use the chat, we keep the conversation so we understand your enquiry.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, give you a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We rely on this being necessary to respond to your request before entering into a contract with you. We won't send you marketing, and we never sell your details.
Who else sees it
Our website and enquiry system are built and managed for us by Oakden Creative, who may see enquiries in order to deliver them to us, keep the system working and report on how the website is performing. They act on our instructions only and don't use your details for anything else.
The website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiries may be stored in our customer management system so we can follow them up. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for up to six years afterwards where we need to keep records for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
